CISI X CSBA

The Chinese Student Basketball Association (CSBA) was founded in November 2024 by basketball enthusiasts from cities including Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta. CSBA is dedicated to building a nationwide basketball exchange platform for Chinese international students, bringing them together through a shared love of the game to compete, connect, and grow together. Its goal is to establish a comprehensive league system that supports the formation and operation of school teams, while promoting regional and national tournaments—allowing every international student who loves basketball to make friends through sport and experience the passion and spirit of competitive athletics.

Strategically sponsored by CISI, the CSBA 2025–2026 season has already tipped off with exciting games in New York and Boston. In the coming months, the league will expand to Orlando, Seattle, Washington, and Los Angeles, before culminating in the annual national championship in Chicago—delivering a more professional, larger-scale basketball showcase for international students across the United States.
